Showcase

Organised by the students from the Special Interest Group (SIG) of mainly our undergraduate programme BSc in Creative Media, "Playful Media Showcase" aims to provide a platform to students who are earnest, creative and passionate about media art and digital entertainment, to present their creative works to the general public. The theme of this year's showcase is “Palindrome” which represents the uncovering of two end points of a reflection where the artist and audience perceive a whole spectrum of creative artworks in between.

Opening Ceremony 開幕典禮

VISITOR ARRANGEMENTS

1. Effective from 24 February 2022, all people wishing to enter campus, including CityU staff, students, and contractors, will be required to have received at least one dose of a Covid-19 vaccine. Only those who are unfit to be vaccinated due to a medical condition will be exempted, and only when a valid medical certificate is presented.

2. Temperature scanning at campus entrance and wearing face masks are mandatory for all admitted people to enter campus. Access will be denied if body temperature reading is 37.5℃ or above.

3. All visitors entering the University Campus/CMC must be pre-registered via the University's Visitor Registration System (VRS). The VRS can be accessed via Office Admin under AIMS by departmental staff who has the VRS access privilege.

4. Once the visitor's information has been submitted via the VRS, an email attached with a specific QR code from "CityU-Visitor Registration System" will be sent to the visitor.  The visitor must show the QR code and may need to present his/her personal ID to the security staff at campus entrance on the day of the visit. After confirmation, the visitor will be given a label which is valid for the day.

5. The QR code cannot be shared among group visit. Each visitor has to provide individual email for registration.

7. The School will comply with the requirements and restrictions announced by the Government and CityU for public event. The number of participants will be limited to no more than 50% of the original capacity.

8. To participate SCM's public event with seating arrangement on campus, audience including all admitted visitors, CityU staff, students and campus residents have to pre-register via our online registration form.

9. For visits on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, please online register at least 2 working days prior to your visit by 5pm.

10. No eating or drinking inside the venue.

11. The Presenter reserves the right to amend the visit requirements without prior notice and refuses any person from entering the venue. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of this statement, the English version shall prevail.

訪客參觀安排

1. 由2022年2月24日起,所有進入校園者,包括城大教職員、學生及承辦商,須出示最少一針新冠疫苗接種紀錄,或醫學豁免證明書以供檢查。

2. 所有進入校園者必須在校園出入口處進行體溫掃描,並於所有場地佩戴口罩。如量度體溫結果顯示攝氏37.5度或以上,均不能進入校園。

3. 所有訪客必須透過有登記權限的部門員工,經城大的訪客登記系統(VRS)預先登記進入校園。

4. 成功登記者,一封附有特定QR碼的電子郵件會由「CityU-Visitor Registration System」發送給來訪者。訪客必須在探訪當天向校園出入口的保安人員出示二維碼並可能須出示個人身份證件。經確認後,訪客將獲得一個當日有效的標貼進入校園。

5. QR碼不能共用,請每一位訪客用各自的電郵地址登記。

7. 本校舉辦公開節目將遵守政府和城大宣布的要求和限制,入場人數不會超過場地可容納人數的50%。

8. 要參加本校的預設座位公開節目,觀眾包括所有獲准進入的訪客、城大教職員、學生和校園住客,必須在本校的網上登記表格預先登記。

9. 如要在周六、周日或公眾假期參觀,請於到訪日前至少2個工作天的下午5時前網上登記預約。

10. 會場內禁止飲食。

11. 主辦者保留隨時修改參觀要求及拒絕任何人士進入會場的權利。倘本聲明的英文本與中文本有任何差異的地方,則以英文本為準。
