LEUNG Chin-fung, Jeff, is a part-time lecturer teaching theories of arts, visual culture and arts administration at local universities, as well as a curator organising various forms of exhibitions on Hong Kong visual art. He earned his Bachelor of Arts (Fine Arts) in the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2001 and the Master of Arts (in practical philosophy) in Lingnan University in 2019. He has been working for exhibition administration and coordination at different art organisations (including the Hong Kong Arts Centre, Para Site Art Space and Hanart TZ gallery), as well as oversea projects including, the pavilion of Para/Site Art Space (a Hong Kong art organisation) in Kwangju Biennale (Korea, 2002) and the Hong Kong Pavilion in Venice Biennale (Italy, 2003).

Jeff has curated solo exhibitions for Hong Kong artists, including ‘I Remember, I Fear I Will Forget – MA Yujiang Art Project’ (2025) and, ‘Souvenirs de Choses – LEUNG Mee Ping Solo Exhibition’ (2023). In addition to solos, Jeff has been invited to curate exhibitions in diverse premises. For instance, ‘Let’s be an Exchange Student: The Art Diary of the Community Life－Exchange Project Exhibition’ (2024) and ‘Common SENse: an arts bus exhibition about neurodiversity’ (2021) are both composed of exhibitions and workshops to promote social coherence. Besides, Jeff curated the show “Arte Hiking” (2010) for the inauguration of K11 Art Mall and ‘Sparkle! Neo Travel: Creative and Cultural Docent@ Community’ (2017) composed of an exhibition and cultural tours. Additionally, Jeff employs Visual Thinking Strategies (VTS) in his ""Engaging Guided Tours"" to encourage visitors to develop their own meaningful exhibition experiences. For instance, Jeff organised special tours for the mobile art project ‘DingLab’ (2025), art education workshop series ‘Contemporary Art Literacy and Appreciation Programme’ (2023) and the exhibition ‘Foreseen Property Agency’ (2023).

For cultural exchange, Jeff co-curated a touring exhibition “1+1: Four Regions Two Strait Artistic Exchange Project” (2011) which toured in Hong Kong, museums in Shenzhen and Taipei. Jeff completed his residency programme in New York for 5 months under the Fellowship of Asia Cultural Council in 2013.
