Workshop Overview
This three-day intensive learning experience, led by acclaimed game designer Paolo Pedercini, invites SCM students and faculty members into hands-on, practice-based inquiry. Designed to complement SCM’s undergraduate curriculum, the workshop explores the intersection of technology, culture, and creative practice. Participants will develop original works and prototypes while gaining exclusive exposure to contemporary methodologies that extend beyond the traditional classroom setting.

About the Professor
Paolo Pedercini is an Associate Professor at Carnegie Mellon University School of Art and the creator of Molleindustria, an internationally recognised game design studio known for producing critical, politically engaged games that challenge mainstream gaming culture. His work has been exhibited at major institutions worldwide and has shaped academic and public discourse on games as a medium for social commentary, activism, and artistic expression.
