Mr Ryan Lam is a programmer, web designer and interactive media developer. He developed the touch screen kiosk & game design applications for the Hong Kong Pavilion and augmented reality application for the Macau Pavilion respectively at Shanghai World Expo 2010. He has also been a freelance writer for local computer magazines since 2001, providing first-hand reviews of the latest software.

Lam graduated from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology with a BEng (Hons) in Computer Engineering. He received a Master of Science in Multimedia Information Technology from City University of Hong Kong in 2007. After his undergraduate studies, he has worked as an Assistant Engineer at a digital video and multimedia products distributor, and at the Hong Kong Government Education Department to develop database systems. He joined the School of Creative Media in 2002 where he currently teaches interactive media and game design.
