Synopsis
At the time, they said it couldn't be done. In 2012, Andre Blumberg set off by himself, to run all four of Hong Kong's iconic ultra distance trails in just four days. 298km and over 14,500m of climbing later, one of the hardest ultra marathons in the world - the Hong Kong Four Trails Ultra Challenge - was born.
With the 2021 edition of the challenge as the backdrop, 'Four Trails' takes you on a journey from when the concept was first was conceived to it's current format. Under 60 hours to be deemed a 'Finisher' and under 72 hours to be a ‘Survivor’, unsupported and with an ever evolving set of rules. It takes a deep dive into the famous four trails that make up the challenge and you will both laugh and cry as the astonishing stories of those who dare attempt such a feat unfold.

故事大綱
「香港四徑超級挑戰」是山跑界的殿堂級賽事，參賽者需要在72小時內橫跨298公里的香港四大遠足徑：麥理浩徑、衛奕信徑、港島徑及鳳凰徑，能在時限內完成才會得到「生還者」頭銜。《香港四徑大步走》記錄了近年其中一場賽事，參加者來自不同國藉和背景，有山界長勝將軍、有精心計算的專才型跑手、也有負傷上陣的挑戰者，他們一同在黑暗中孤獨出發，在四徑之間以最強大的毅力去完成這個不可能的任務。在香港這片城市叢林中，有人跨山越嶺無畏地挑戰着自我極限，你敢於踏出第一步嗎？
