Alumni and Student Sharing
Graduates and student from the three majors- BACM, BAS, BScCM programmes will share their study experiences at SCM and their career path after graduation. In between sessions, we will loop-play Tips on Portfolio Preparation. Our faculty Prof. LAM Mui Ling, artists Tozer PAK and Mak2 (MAK Ying Tung who is our BACM alumna) share their tips and experiences on preparing creative portfolios.

Exhibition
Through interactive showcases, creative projects, and student works, this exhibition invites you to experience our innovative learning environment and explore the diverse areas of study we have to offer. We are pleased to present the following works:
• Three photography works - The Cyan World, The One I Know, This Way by Bentat CHAN (BACM alumnus)
The Cyan World received Third Place at the International Photography Awards (IPA) and the Tokyo International Foto Awards (TIFA).
The One I Know received the Louis Koo Creative Media Awards 2023/2024 and Best of Show Award in SCM Annual 2024.
This Way received the Platinum Award at the London International Awards.

Gallery 360: City In Time
CITY IN TIME, provides a cutting edge immersive, augmented reality (AR) urban heritage experience, which builds upon the success of CITY IN TIME, launched in 2021. CITY IN TIME adds a further 16 locations in Lei Yue Mun, Tai Hang, and Kowloon City to the 28 original cultural heritage-rich sites. Like its predecessor, CITY IN TIME II brings the history of old Hong Kong to life through a remarkable blend of art and technology, where users can immerse themselves in Hong Kong’s past from their mobile device. This immersive urban heritage experience was created at City University of Hong Kong for the Tourism Commission.

1. Submerge 《泅》 YUEN Wai Ho 阮偉豪, LEUNG Chi Shing 梁志成 | 2026 | 37' | Fictional film WMA Graduate Award (Lens-based Media) 2026 Teenager ShingHo lives with his father and his young stepmother, Meiling. In their cramped home, water droplets and steam become silent conduits for suppressed desire. While ShingHo searches for traces of his late mother in Meiling, she feels suffocated by her husband's obsessive pursuit of an heir. A secret swimming lesson and a voyeuristic night culminate in a transgressive encounter in the kitchen. When a pregnancy test returns positive, the family’s fragile reality is fractured by a secret that offers no escape. |

2. Dreams Are My Reality 《念》 TANG Chi Wang 鄧志泓 | 2026 | 34' | Fictional film Louis Koo Creative Media Awards 2025/26 “Dreams Are My Reality” is a Hong Kong–style action comedy film. It tells the story of a hitman seeking revenge. In this work, in addition to serving as the director, screenwriter, and lead actor, I’m also acted as the action director—designing all of the film’saction sequences—and collaborated with a new generation of young people who are interested in action films to complete the project together. |

This year, we are pleased to feature two short films by alumnus TO Chun Him, a Hong Kong-based independent filmmaker, director, and videographer. He graduated from the School of Creative Media with a Bachelor of Arts in New Media. His journey on the film-festival circuit began with his acclaimed final-year project, 17 Years 《若蟲知了》, which received nominations and awards at various film festivals. Since graduation, he has worked actively in commercial film and advertising production. 3. Once Upon a Time There Was a Mountain 《從前有座山》 TO Chun Him 杜震謙 | 2025 | 17' | Fictional film At the end of summer, a group of friends bid farewell to their childhood with a final football match and embark on a daring escapade, each about to embark on a different path in life. The film won an International Film Camp (IFC) Award for Hong Kong short films, organised by the Asian Film Awards Academy, in 2024. It had its world premiere at the 27th Far East Film Festival in Italy last year. 4. Overman《Overman》 TO Chun Him 杜震謙 | 2023 | 25' | Fictional film The story is about a boy named Kwong who longs to be as popular as his twin brother. One day, Kwong secretly buys a Ultraman transformation toy, and tries to use it at home. He successfully transforms into 'Ultraman', but he can’t find a way to turn back to human. In a world without monsters, he becomes the only "monster". The film premiered at the 2023 Shanghai International Film Festival "Making Waves – Navigators of Hong Kong Cinema" programme, and was subsequently screened at the 27th LA Shorts International Film Festival and the Beijing International Short Film Festival 2026. |

Free shuttle bus arrangement
Two 27-seat shuttle buses will be arranged to facilitate the participants in travelling among Main campus and Creative Media Centre (CMC).
Shuttle bus station will be located at G/F of Yeung Kin Man Academic Building (Main Campus), entrance of Creative Medial Centre (CMC).
The frequency of bus is every 15 minutes, from 9:30am (First Bus) to 5:30pm (Last Bus).
