Background

Haingo Rakotonirina holds a Master's degree in National Politics and European Policies of EU Member States with honors (Sorbonne Nouvelle University), as well as a Master's degree in Futures Studies of International Questions from the University of Paris. Haingo also holds a degree in Political Science - International Relations from Science Po Lyon, a prestigious institution in Human and Social Sciences.

Haingo Rakotonirina has worked since 2016 as a Research Assistant and Senior Research Assistant at the School of Creative Media, City University Kong. Her research projects focused on Blockchain, video games, NFT technologies, and New Media Arts policy. Haingo holds a certificate from INSEAD for "Introduction to Blockchain Technology" and serves as a Moderator for the Layer 1 Digital Zone, LADZ City Content Network, where she produces blockchain-related content.

She has developed a strong expertise in institutional grant applications, conducted field research in the fields of techno-creativity, and published several papers in academic journals. Prior to her academic career, Haingo worked as an Artistic Event Planner and Professional Dancer.
