LIU Xuechen (Hugh) is a PhD candidate in School of Creative Media, City University of Hong Kong. His current researches lie on AR applied in STEM/STEAM and senior high school education. He did researches and practices on gamification, VR/AR, science visualisation and science videos in the last three years from an application-oriented aspect. He received his BA degree in science and technology communication with a one-year training in Geophysics and a MA degree in journalism and communication from University of Science and Technology of China (USTC). 

By the way, he is a flaneur among topics like Austrian Economics, Libertarianism, Finance, cryptocurrency and scholastic career as a way of knowledge production. He is always thinking about how to link his current researches with them.
